schedule to help you plan your order. The sales department at ACE accepts
orders between 6:30 AM and 5:30 PM Pacific time.
24-Hour Delivery
ACE receives all data by a given hour (the starting time) of the
business day. The order will be ready to ship 24 hours later (excluding
weekends and holidays).
Example: ACE receives all data by 12:00 PM on Monday.
 The
order will be ready to ship by 12:00 PM on Tuesday, the following day.
One-Day Delivery
ACE receives all data by 10:00 AM on day one. The order will be
ready to ship at 5:00 PM on the following business day.
Example: ACE receives all data by 10:00 AM Monday.
The
order will be ready to ship Tuesday at 5:00 PM.
48-Hour Delivery
ACE receives all data on a given hour (the starting time) of the
business day. The order will be ready to ship 48 hours later (excluding
weekends and holidays).
Example: ACE receives all data by 12:00 PM Monday.
The
order will be ready to ship at 12:00 PM on Wednesday.
Three-day Delivery
ACE receives all data by 10:00 AM on day one. The order is ready
to ship at 5:00 PM on day three.
Example: ACE receives all data on Monday (day one) by 10:00
AM.
The
order will be ready to ship by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, day three.
Four-Day Delivery (or Longer)
ACE receives all data, including electronic files, blueprints,
and purchase order confirmation, by 12:00 PM (noon) on day one. The
order will be ready to ship by 5:00 PM on day four.
Example: ACE receives all data on Monday (day one) by 12:00
PM (noon).
The
order will be ready to ship by 5:00 PM on Thursday, day four.
Note on all delivery schedules above:
All data received by ACE must be complete and problem free. If the data
we receive do not meet these standards, the job may be put on hold,
affecting the delivery schedule.
